It goes without saying that every company has a return “policy”. This is to ensure a level of security for us, professionalism for you and speed to move on to demand of the next customer.
Returns are no problem at all-
If you return the item we will deduct out our original shipping cost to you. This is because we ship for free with the understanding you will go through with the transaction.
Returns are accepted within 30 days and the item must be able to sell again as new.
This return policy is on all of our listings and also in our store policy section.
If sending an item back, please package carefully in a padded envelope or box and include a copy of your original email message.
Again please use bubble wrap to avoid damage so the item can be resold as new. Also please do not put any tape on the original box or packaging.
If the item is damaged we will not be able to do the refund.
Before sending an item back please confirm by email that this purchase was within 30 days, and the item resalable as new.
When you purchase from us we don't store your credit card number. We also don't use any of your information other than your email email address and that's only if or when you opt in. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to serve you!
