When do you ship?

We ship same day if paid before 4:00PM EST.

Why are your prices so low?

We purchase items in bulk and pass the price along to the average Joe.

Are you an authorized dealer and does the manufacturer back the warranties?

We are an authorized dealer of all our products as we purchase all our items direct and the manufacturer stands by their warranties beyond our return policy.

Do you allow returns?

Yes, refund minus our original shipping cost to you or exchange within 30 days of receipt of order. However, the item must be in resalable condition with the packaging intact.

Why must the item be in resalable condition?

We ship all our items as brand-new, when received, if the item can't be sold as brand new we'd have to list as 'used' and this of course involves selling for less.

Where is my item?

We emailed tracking to your Amazon email address. Please copy and paste the tracking number in to Google and view the status of the item. Most tracking numbers aren't as comprehensive as one would expect. Normally packages are scanned once a day and It's quite often that the tracking is updated infrequently. Keep in mind that just because an item is stated to be in a certain area, there is a possibility that that was the last place the item was at when it was scanned by the carrier service.

Why do you sell so many random items?

We like to sell unique items as this differentiates us from all of the other sporting goods stores and it goes without saying, we sells what sells.

Why do I pay international sales tax?

This is not our request, this is the law of your respective country.

Can I get my item faster?

Of course, let us know your time constraints and we will recommend what is best for you.
